How does the subscription work?

Club orders are created on the first of each month and shipped within the following few days. Each shipment is thoughtfully curated by Virtual Divino. If you discover a wine you love and would like to purchase more, just reach out—we’re happy to help you get more bottles.

Can I choose what I receive in each shipment?

Not at this time. Each month’s selection is hand-curated by Virtual Divino to introduce you to wines you’ll genuinely enjoy. We partner directly with passionate, small-scale distributors to source unique, off-the-beaten-path bottles you’re unlikely to find on your own—wines that become your go-to when it’s time to open something special.

What if I wanted to skip a delivery?

Absolutely! We understand there may be times when you can’t receive your club shipment. You can skip or pause your subscription at any time through your account. Just be sure to make changes before the 1st of the month when orders are processed.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to alcohol shipping regulations, all wine sales at Virtual Divino are final.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our team before it ships. Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations or refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances—and only for wine that is undelivered and undamaged.

If a package is returned as undeliverable or a return is pre-authorized, we will issue store credit minus any shipping costs.

If your delivery arrives damaged, please reach out to us. We’ll work to make it right—your satisfaction is important to us.

Do you deliver where I live?

We currently ship to most states in the continental U.S. — however, we do not ship to AL, AK, DE, HI, MS, RI, SD, UT, WV, or WY at this time.
